Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right to Return
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you have the right to return an unopened product within 14 calendar days from delivery for a full refund. This applies even if you change your mind.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Eligible for return: Unopened bottle in original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Not eligible: Opened or partially used bottles (food supplement hygiene), bottles outside the 14-day window, bottles damaged by you, or bottles where the seal has been tampered with.
3. How to Return
Step 1: Email info@radiantttradiant.world with your order number and reason for return. Step 2: We will acknowledge your return request and provide shipping instructions. Step 3: Return the unopened bottle to our address (we will provide in email). Step 4: Once received and verified, we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellation Before Delivery
You can cancel your order at any time before our confirmation call at no cost. After confirmation, cancellation may be subject to a fee. Please call +61 2 8914 7562 to request cancellation.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns outside warranty claims (unopened but changed mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility. For defective products, we cover return shipping.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (cash on delivery is refunded via bank transfer). Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive and verify your return.
